GENERAL BILL by Margolis
State Debtors; Directing the Department of State to publish on its website a list of persons owing money to the state; requiring that the Chief Financial Officer or the governing body of a county, municipality, or special district withhold salary payments that would otherwise be paid to an elected official when that official owes a debt or fine to the state, etc.
