GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Dean
False Reports to Law Enforcement Officers; Providing that it is a third degree felony to knowingly give false information to a law enforcement officer concerning the alleged commission of a crime if the defendant has previously been convicted of such offense and the information is communicated in writing, or, if the information is communicated orally, the information is corroborated in a specified manner, etc.
