Developments of Regional Impact; Deletes provisions authorizing the state land planning agency, regional planning agencies, or local governments to petition the Administration Commission to increase or decrease numerical thresholds of statewide guidelines & standards used in determining whether developments are subject to development-of-regional-impact review.
