Relief/Brian Pitts; Provides for relief of Brian Pitts; directs DOAH to appoint administrative law judge to determine basis for equitable relief for purpose of compensating Mr. Pitts for any wrongful act or omission by state or officials thereof; requires report to Legislature; authorizes compensation upon determination by administrative law judge; provides appropriation to compensate Mr. Pitts for injuries & damages sustained; provides limitation on payment of fees & costs; directs that certain court orders & judgments be declared null & void; authorizes Mr. Pitts to practice law under certain circumstances; directs FDLE to investigate certain illegal acts; provides for severability. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate
