Public Records/Proprietary Confidential Business Information; Provides exemption from public records requirements for specified proprietary confidential business information held by electric utility that is subject to ch. 119, F.S., in conjunction with due diligence review of electric project or project to improve delivery, cost, or diversification of fuel or renewable energy resources; provides for retention of such information for specified time; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
