Artificial Coloring and Sale of Certain Animals and Fowls; Providing that it is unlawful to sell, barter, or give away animals or fowl that have been dyed or colored; providing that it is unlawful to sell, offer to sell, or give away certain animals of a certain age to be used as pets, toys, or retail premiums; providing exceptions; providing criminal penalties, etc.
