Student Assessment in the Public Schools; Terminates administration of FCAT to students in grades 9-12; requires specified standardized tests to replace grade 10 FCAT for purposes of measuring student's knowledge & skills; requires students to earn passing scores to qualify for standard high school diploma; requires use of student performance on tests for school grading purposes.
