PROPOSED BILL by Commerce and Tourism
Department of Economic Opportunity; Revising requirements for various annual reports submitted to the Governor and Legislature, including the annual report of the Department of Economic Opportunity, the annual report of Enterprise Florida, Inc., and the annual incentives report; revising the department’s duties to administer the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Loan Guarantee Program; requiring the department to impose a penalty against a claimant who is overpaid reemployment assistance benefits due to fraud by the claimant and providing for deposit of moneys collected for such penalties in the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund, etc.
