PROPOSED BILL by Appropriations
Health Care; Revising the components of the Florida Kidcare program; revising the eligibility of the Medikids program component; revising eligibility requirements for the Florida Kidcare program; revising the minimum health benefits coverage under the Florida Kidcare Act; revising the duties of the Department of Children and Families and the Agency for Health Care Administration with regard to the Florida Kidcare Act; deleting the duties of the Department of Health and the Office of Insurance Regulation with regard to the Florida Kidcare Act; creating the Healthy Florida program, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
