SPB 7052: Clerks of Court

PROPOSED BILL by Appropriations

Clerks of Court; Transferring the Clerks of the Court Trust Fund from the Justice Administrative Commission to the Department of Revenue; providing additional duties of the Legislative Budget Commission relating to clerks of court; revising provisions relating to preparation of budget requests by clerks; providing for reporting and certification of revenue deficits; providing that clerks of court and the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation are subject to specified procurement requirements for expenditures made pursuant to specified provisions, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2013
