Deregulation of Professions and Occupations; Exempting certain auctioneers who conduct motor vehicle auction contests from licensure; deleting provisions requiring the registration of persons whose occupation or practice is confined solely to hair braiding, hair wrapping, or body wrapping; providing that the Florida Cosmetology Act does not apply to such persons; repealing provisions relating to the Sale of Business Opportunities Act and the regulation of certain business opportunities, etc.
