Professional Sports Franchise Facilities; Authorizes applicant previously certified as facility for new or retained professional sports franchise to receive additional certification under certain circumstances, & to receive monthly distribution of specified amount of sales tax revenues, to acquire, construct, reconstruct, or renovate facility.
