GENERAL BILL by Brandes

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Amending provisions relating to the exchange of business between an agent and insurer; revising requirements relating to quota share primary insurance agreements; requiring the corporation and authorized insurers to enter into excess of loss reinsurance agreements and quota share reinsurance agreements in certain circumstances; providing that if the corporation is the reinsurer, all forms and endorsements must be approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation; prohibiting the corporation from sharing risk for certain damages, etc.
