Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly; Requires AHCA to contract with certain organization to provide services under federal Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Duval, St. Johns, Baker, & Nassau Counties; provides exemption for organization from provisions relating to HMOs, prepaid health clinics, & other health care services & requires organization, subject to appropriation, to enroll specified number of persons to participate in program in specified counties.
