GENERAL BILL by Health Quality Subcommittee ; Peters ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Hood

Temporary Certificates for Visiting Physicians; Provides that physician who has been invited by certain medical or surgical training programs or educational symposiums may be issued temporary certificate for limited privileges solely to provide educational training; revises criteria for obtaining temporary certificate to practice medicine for educational purposes; revises requirements for issuance of temporary certificates by DOH; revises requirements for proof of medical malpractice insurance.
