Persons with Disabilities; Requiring law enforcement agencies to report certain criminal activity and enforcement of certain laws to the Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; requiring that, in determining whether to approve courses offered by driver improvement schools, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles consider course content related to the study of traffic laws to assist legally blind and mobility-impaired persons, etc.
