Adverse Possession; Revises terminology; requires certain conditions to be met before real property is legally adversely possessed without color of title; requires person claiming adverse possession to make return of property by providing return to property appraiser using uniform return; specifies contents of return; requires return to contain notice; provides criminal penalties.
