Senior Services; Citing this act as the "Florida Act for Responsible Persons"; authorizing each county to create an independent special district by ordinance to provide funding for services for seniors; requiring elector approval to annually levy ad valorem taxes; requiring the district to comply with statutory requirements related to levying and fixing millage and filing financial or compliance reports; creating a governing council for the district, etc.
