GENERAL BILL by Raulerson
Ticket Sales; Provides enhanced criminal penalties for second & subsequent violations concerning fraudulent creation or possession of admission tickets; provides criminal penalties for persons who commit such violations involving more than specified number of admission tickets; requires ticket brokers to register with DOACS; requires ticket brokers & resale websites to make specified disclosures to prospective buyers; prohibits ticket brokers & resale websites from using specified intellectual property in certain circumstances; provides civil remedies; provides criminal penalties for violation relating to resale of tickets; provides that specified provisions do not affect initial sales of tickets, providing that admission ticket represents revocable license.
