GENERAL BILL by Economic Development and Tourism Subcommittee ; Brodeur
Ticket Sales; Provides that person who counterfeits, forges, alters, clones, or possesses ticket, card wristband, or other medium that accesses or is associated with ticket, token, or paper designed for admission or rendering of services by certain facilities commits misdemeanor of first degree; provides enhanced criminal penalties for second or subsequent violations; provides criminal penalties for persons who commit such violations involving more than specified number of tickets or other media; provides definitions; prohibits sale & transfer of certain multiuse tickets & certain cards, wristbands, & media that access or are associated with multiuse tickets; provides criminal penalties; provides enhanced criminal penalties for second or subsequent violations.
