Public Food Service Establishment Inspections; Transferring the regulation of public food service establishment inspections under ch. 509, F.S., from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to the Department of Health; authorizing a public food service establishment to request a reinspection under certain circumstances; authorizing the Department of Health to increase inspections and charge a reasonable fee for such inspections for repeat offenses; authorizing a health inspector to immediately close a public food service establishment under certain circumstances, etc.
