GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Dean
Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund; Revising conditions under which a claimant is eligible to seek recovery from the recovery fund; revising the form required to be provided by a contractor which explains a consumer’s rights under the recovery fund; prohibiting fund disbursements from exceeding a specified amount for each Division I claim and each Division II claim, etc.
