Department of Health; Requires DOH to establish electronic continuing education tracking system; provides that DOH may not renew license until licensee has demonstrated compliance with certain requirements; deletes requirement that physician assistants, dentists, dental hygienists, dental laboratories, & licensed optometrists file specified documents affirming compliance with continuing education requirements; deletes requirement that licensed physical therapists maintain records of continuing education compliance in specified format; deletes authority of Board of Acupuncture & Board of Dentistry to request continuing education compliance documentation from certain applicants.
