Government Data Practices; Requires DOS to adopt procedures for agency to establish schedules for disposal of records containing personal identification information; requires agency that collects & maintains personal identification information to post privacy policy on website; provides requirements & exceptions for use of cookies on agency websites; requires that contracts with public agencies specify privacy policies; specifies that violations do not create cause of action; requires AHCA to provide specified information on assisted living facilities; dissolves Center for Health Information & Policy Analysis; requires AHCA to coordinate certain health information data system & establishes conditions for funding; requires OPPAGA to monitor agency's implementation of health information system; requires OPPAGA reports to Legislature.
