Voluntary Contributions to Public School Facilities; Authorizing the Department of Revenue to accept voluntary contributions from participating businesses; authorizing a participating business to solicit contributions from its customers; directing the department to deposit such contributions into the Public Education Capital Outlay and Debt Service Trust Fund; providing that such contributions are not subject to audit by the department, etc.
