Economic Incentive Programs; Providing that certain information disclosed or published in a specified manner is no longer confidential and exempt from public record requirements; requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to contract with an independent third party to verify compliance with economic development incentive requirements; deleting a provision excluding the board of directors of Enterprise Florida, Inc., from a provision prohibiting solicitation and acceptance of certain gifts, etc.
