Aerosol Spray Paint; Prohibiting the sale of aerosol spray paint to persons younger than 18 years of age; providing a defense; requiring a business that sells aerosol spray paint to post a certain sign; prohibiting a person from misrepresenting his or her age in order to purchase aerosol spray paint; providing penalties; authorizing local governments to use collected fines for the improvement or maintenance of neighborhoods and parks, etc.
