Public Food Service Establishment Inspections; Provides for transfer of regulation of public food service establishment inspections from DBPR to DOH; requires report for public food service establishment inspections; authorizes public food service establishment to request reinspection; authorizes DOH to increase inspections & charge reasonable fee for such inspections for repeat offenses; authorizes health inspector to immediately close public food service establishment; specifies standards for inspectors; revises licensing requirements, requirements for stop-sale orders, & penalties for misrepresenting food or food products under chapter 381, F.S., to include public food service establishments.
