Registered Interns in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling; Requiring an individual who has not satisfied specified requirements to register as an intern in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling; requiring an individual to remain under supervision while practicing under registered intern status; requiring a licensed health professional to be on the premises when clinical services are provided by a registered intern of clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in a private practice setting, etc.
