Qualified Television Loan Fund; Creating the Qualified Television Loan Fund; requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to contract with a fund administrator; providing for the fund administrator’s compensation and removal; providing qualified television content criteria; requiring the Auditor General to conduct an operational audit of the fund and the fund administrator, etc. APPROPRIATION: $20,000,000
