GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Community Affairs ; Bradley
Publicly Funded Retirement Programs; Revising applicability of the Marvin B. Clayton Firefighters Pension Trust Fund Act; providing that any municipality that provides fire protection services to a municipal services taxing unit under an interlocal agreement is eligible to receive property insurance premium taxes; requiring municipal services taxing units to provide the Division of Retirement of the Department of Management Services with a certified copy of the ordinance assessing and imposing certain taxes; authorizing a municipal services taxing unit, under certain conditions, to revoke its participation and cease to receive property insurance premium taxes, etc.
