GENERAL BILL by Bullard
Public Employment; Prohibiting a county or municipality from inquiring into or considering the criminal history of an applicant or including an inquiry about criminal history on certain employment applications; authorizing a county or municipality to consider an applicant’s criminal history under certain circumstances, etc.
