HB 161: Indecent Exposure
GENERAL BILL by Hager ; Harrell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mayfield ; Moskowitz ; Spano ; Van Zant
Indecent Exposure; Increases classification of second & subsequent violations of provision prohibiting unlawful exposure of sexual organs; authorizes arrest without warrant if there is probable cause to believe that person has committed unlawful exposure of sexual organs in violation of specified provisions.
