Crisis Stabilization Services; Requiring the Department of Children and Families to develop standards and protocols for the collection, storage, transmittal, and analysis of utilization data from public receiving facilities; requiring the department to require compliance by managing entities by a specified date; requiring the department to create a statewide database, etc.
