Indecent Exposure; Increasing the classification of second and subsequent violations of the provision prohibiting unlawful exposure of sexual organs; authorizing an arrest without a warrant if there is probable cause to believe that a person has committed an exposure of sexual organs in violation of specified provisions, etc.
