Food Allergies; Revises requirements for certification as food service manager to include viewing of video about food allergies; requires operators of public food service establishments to display poster with information regarding food allergy awareness; provides criteria for poster; requires operators of public food service establishments to include notice to customers of customers' obligation to inform server about any food allergy; requires Division of Hotels & Restaurants within DBPR to establish notice; requires division to develop program for public food service establishments to be designated as "Food Allergy Friendly" & maintain listing of such establishments on its website; provides that participation in program is voluntary; requires division to adopt rules; authorizes division to fine, suspend, or revoke license of public food service establishment.
