Out-of-network Physician Charges; Relating to the Florida Patient’s Bill of Rights and Responsibilities; providing that a patient is responsible for reviewing a document informing the patient that he or she may be charged for out-of-network physician services; requiring a patient of a licensed facility to be presented with a document regarding charges for out-of-network physician services, etc.
