Distribution of Surplus Lines Tax Revenue; Adding to the list of sources of funds to be deposited into the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund; revising the distribution of taxes and interest collected on insurance premiums charged for surplus lines coverage and certain independently procured coverage; repealing provisions relating to the scheduled reversion of statutory provisions related to the distribution of surplus lines taxes and interest, etc.
