Traveling Across County Lines to Commit a Felony Offense; Defining the terms “county of residence” and “felony offense” for the purpose of the crime of traveling across county lines with the intent to commit a felony offense; providing a criminal penalty; adding the crime of traveling across county lines with the intent to commit a felony offense to the factors a court must consider in determining whether to release a defendant on bail, etc.
