GENERAL BILL by Lee
Abuse of Parent; Prohibits abuse of parent, aggravated abuse of parent, exploitation of parent's assets, & emotional abuse of parent; authorizes alternative sentencing; requires reporting of abuse of parent or exploitation of parent's assets to DCF central abuse hotline; provides immunity from prosecution for persons reporting to hotline or participating in investigation.
