GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Banking and Insurance ; Richter

Money Services Businesses; Providing that failing to provide certain information relating to a check cashing transaction is a felony; authorizing the Office of Financial Regulation to summarily suspend a license if criminal charges are filed against certain persons or such persons are arrested for certain offenses; providing that a deferred presentment transaction conducted by an unauthorized person is void, etc.
