GENERAL BILL by Simpson
Accessory Dwelling Units; Authorizing certain property owners to construct accessory dwelling units for exclusive occupancy by specified seniors, disabled persons, or the caregivers of such persons under certain circumstances; requiring such property owners to submit an application and affidavit to local government authorities to construct an accessory dwelling unit; providing that accessory dwelling units must comply with specified local government regulations and are subject to local government fees and charges, etc.
