PROPOSED BILL by Gaming
Gaming; Creating the Joint Legislative Gaming Control Oversight Committee; creating the Department of Gaming Control; authorizing and directing the Governor to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Gaming Compact with the Seminole Tribe of Florida; transferring the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to the Gaming Control Board within the Department of Gaming Control by type two transfer; transferring the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to the Department of Gaming Control by type two transfer, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2014
