State-administered Retirement Systems; Increasing the employer contribution to the retiree health insurance subsidy for members of a state-administered plan; increasing the employer contribution to the health insurance subsidy for members of the Elected Officers’ Class, members of the Senior Management Service Class, and members of the Regular, Special Risk, and Special Risk Administrative Support Classes; revising the amount of employer contributions for the next fiscal year, etc.
