Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly; Authorizing the Department of Elderly Affairs, in consultation with the Agency for Health Care Administration, to contract with specified entities to provide benefits pursuant to the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE); establishing a selection process for PACE providers; establishing PACE plan payments and financial responsibility requirements, etc.
