GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections Subcommittee ; Passidomo
Ethics Training for Public Officers; Requires elected municipal officers to participate in annual ethics training; requires officer who is required to participate in such training to certify participation on public disclosure of financial interests; provides that failure to certify completion of training does not constitute immaterial, inconsequential, or de minimis error or omission.
