Renewable Energy Source Devices; Prohibits consideration by property appraisers of increased value of real property due to installation of renewable energy source devices by end use customers; revises definition of term "renewable energy source device"; provides for applicability; provides for contingent effect.

Effective Date: January 1, 2015, if HJR 825, or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specific intent and purpose, is approved by the electors at the general election to be held in November 2014 or at an earlier special election specifically authorized by law for that purpose
