Legal Notices; Requiring legal notices to be posted on a newspaper’s website on web pages with specified titles; prohibiting charging a fee or requiring registration for viewing online legal notices; establishing the period for which legal notices are required to be published on the statewide website; requiring that legal notices be archived on the statewide website for a specified period; deleting a provision relating to harmless error; clarifying payment provisions, etc.
