Mobile Home Park Tenancies; Requiring the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes to provide notice to the homeowners’ association of a proposed amendment to a prospectus before approving such amendment; requiring that additional information be provided in the prospectus which advises the customer of consequences if the land use is changed; requiring the division to enforce certain rental agreement provisions; requiring a park owner to provide certain information to residents who are displaced as a result of a mandatory eviction due to a change in use of the land, etc.
