Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies; Defines "prospectus"; requires Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, & Mobile Homes to provide notice to homeowners' association of proposed amendment to prospectus before approving such amendment; removes use of an offering circular; requires that additional information be provided in prospectus which advises customer of consequences if land use is changed; requires division to enforce certain rental agreement provisions; requires park owner to provide certain information to residents who are displaced as result of mandatory eviction due to change in use of land.
